These terms govern your use of exotic.hosting. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them and any external references attached hereto.

exotic.hosting is a directory of web hosting providers and the locations they operate in. It provides information only. We do not sell hosting, act as an agent or broker for any provider, and are not party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Listings are compiled from public sources and from submissions. Information may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect.

Nothing on the site constitutes advice, a recommendation or an endorsement, and you should make your own enquiries before entering into any agreement with a provider.

We may accept advertising, sponsorship, paid placement or affiliate arrangements, and may introduce paid features. Where such an arrangement affects the content or ordering of listings, it will be disclosed as required by applicable law.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, submits information known to be false, or is used in a way that impairs the site for others.

By submitting a listing, correction or other material, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, publish and distribute that material in connection with the site.

We are under no obligation to publish any submission, and may edit, decline or remove one at our discretion.

Except in case of unlawful or harmful materials, we are under no obligation to remove any listing that is obtained through sources that at the time of obtaining were publicly available.

You may not use the site to break the law or infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation or security, or place an unreasonable load on it by automated means.

The information on this website is published and licensed under Creative Commons license CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, except as stated in this section.

That licence does not apply to third-party material incorporated into the site. Such material remains subject to the licence under which it was obtained, and that licence prevails over this section to the extent of any inconsistency. The material concerned, and the licence applying to each item, are identified on the credits page.

Third party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The site links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information it contains is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
